Driving up to a 16 passenger van and assisting with loading and unloading of individuals.  In addition to regular job duties as outlined on the position description, team leader will be responsible for supervision of staff as assigned.  Hours include mostly days, but will be required to work some Saturdays.

Minimum Qualifications:

10.    Must have a valid Kansas Driver's License and obtain a CDL with passenger endorsement within 60 days of hire date or transfer date.
11.    Two years driving experience.
12.    Experience in the Transportation field is preferred.

1.    Must have a valid Kansas CDL with passenger endorsement subject to insurability.
2.    Must have a safe driving record.

Train independent living skills to individuals with developmental disabilities.  Assist persons served to access services and activities available in the community.  Recordkeeping relating to management of the residential facility.  This includes training everyday living skills, including cooking, shopping, housekeeping, social and leisure skills, safety skills and personal hygiene. Hours will include days, evenings and weekends. Positions are available in Abilene, Beloit, Concordia and Salina. Full time, part time and substitute shifts are available.

1.    Must have a valid Kansas driver's license subject to insurability and obtain CDL with passenger endorsement within 8 months of employment.
2.    Must be at least 18 years old.
3.    Must have a proven work history.
4.    Must have strong oral and written communication skills.
5.    Must have basic math skills.
6.    Must have good people skills.
7.    Must have the ability to work with a diverse group of people in a team setting.
8.    One year working in the field of human services preferred.

Provide support to individual with disabilities.  Assist with personal employment needs.  Must be able to work a flexible schedule.  Part-time positions based out of Salina.  

Minimum Qualifications:

1.    Must be at least 18 years old.
2.    Must have a proven work history.
3.    Must have strong oral and written communication skills.
4.    Must have good people skills.
5.    Must have access to reliable transportation.
6.    Must maintain a valid Kansas Driver's License.

Employment Services Trainer

Facility and/or community based production and training.  Train and supervise activities of persons served to develop work habits and work skills.  Transportation of individuals in services. Work hours may include days, evenings and weekends.   Part-time positions available in Concordia and Beloit.

Minimum Qualifications:

1.    Must be at least 18 years old.
2.    Must have strong oral and written communication skills.
3.    Must have a proven work history.
4.    Must have the ability to work with a diverse group of people in a team setting.
5.    Must be available to work various shifts.
6.    Must meet the eligibility requirements of the auto insurance company providing coverage for OCCK vehicles.
7.    one year working in the field of human services preferred.
8.    Must have a valid Kansas driver's license subject to insurability and obtain CDL within 8 months of employment.
