Independent Connection
Independent Living Counseling Services
Independent Living Counseling is provided to all people on the Physical Disability waiver. We assess the consumer's needs, develop the plan of care and provide referral to all Medicaid services as well as a variety of services provided by the community. We also serve as an advocate to assure the independence, dignity and well-being of each individual we work with.
