Telecommunications Access Program (TAP)

Do you find it difficult to hear on the telephone?

Is it hard to see the numbers?

Do you have difficulty pushing numbers on the keypad?

If so, the Telecommunication Access Program (TAP) is for you!

There is no cost for the equipment! The purpose of TAP is to provide specialized equipment to Kansans with needs in order to access basic home telephone services. If you have a hearing, vision, speech, cognitive or mobility disability or impairment, or a combination of these disabilities/impairments, you can apply and receive equipment if you meet the following eligibility requirements:

Come to the Solution Outreach Center at OCCK to try out all the phones available or call us to set a time to bring the phones to you!
